Marlowe is a Lennar Multifamily Communities apartment venture located in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. At a time when apartment buildings are popping up in cities faster than you can count, developing a cohesive brand narrative that residents can identify with is a smart way to stand out from the crowd.

We started with an exhaustive discovery process, immersing ourselves in the neighborhood and researching everything we could find about the area’s history. As beautiful as Chicago is, inspiration wasn’t hard to come by, and I created a strong brand, art directed an on-brand interior design brief, and shot lifestyle photography, culminating in a truly authentic Chicago experience.
