The world of work is changing at a furious pace, and not even the world’s largest brands are immune to the effects. Nike knew that if they were to remain amongst the worlds most respected employers, their talent acquisition was going to need to evolve to keep up.
The Challenge
Through a deep discovery process, we observed a work culture that's rich, inviting, and diverse. Our challenge was to give potential talent an authentic look inside the walls at Nike and make finding the right position simpler than ever before.
Our Approach
Through the development of the Nike employer brand, we gave ourselves the freedom to depart from the Nike consumer brand and speak to potential talent in a way that’s a bit more personable and down-to-earth.
A Consumerized Experience
To further differentiate the Nike careers experience, we tapped into best practices from ecommerce design. Harnessing these tested tools and methods, we developed a familiar design language that kept the most important tools within reach at all times.
The Results
The result is the raddest career site on the internet that entices deep exploration of all Nike has to offer as an employer, without losing focus on the main goal of the site; to help people find their fit within the Nike family of brands. These numbers speak for themselves.
